James Finished his Certificates in 2018 and has been working in the Fitness industry for over 2 years. James has experience running different types of HIIT and strength classes and has recently started here at Team Fitness. He is currently taking TEAM X classes as well as running some 1 on 1 PT and some Buddy and Group PT sessions too. James has been training in the gym himself for over 10 years and has experience with Strength and conditioning sessions for his local Rugby club. James is currently working towards and Master Functional trainer course.

Consistency is key! By committing to training and taking small steps towards improving your routine you will find the best results. With a little guidance from trainers to build on technique and keep you motivated you can go a long way. I’m always interested in reading and learning about new training techniques and theories and building on knowledge.
James enjoys all different types of football but is currently focusing on Rugby Union. On the weekends you'll find James trying out his BBQ skills with new recipes and trying not to burn the house down in the process.
