Industry Experience
Cam has been taught by some of the best coaches in Australia from the top organisations for weightlifting and powerlifting. He has worked in gyms both in Australia and overseas, and has a background in a wide range of sports including rugby, cricket, soccer, tennis, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and athletics. This experience gives him a broad knowledge base of training methods to draw from when helping anyone reach their specific individual goals. Cam adapts these different elements into a personalised series of fun, challenging and effective workouts based on proven methods which will transform your health as you move towards a longer, stronger, healthier life.
Interests and Lifestyle
Cam loves his training! Outside of that he loves gardening & growing his own food, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends in the great outdoors!

Use the best methods to achieve the best results. It is possible for anyone to improve their fitness and health when they follow effective and sustainable systems consistantly. Doing the right things will work!
