Cam has been taught by some of the best coaches in Australia from the top organisations for weightlifting and powerlifting. He has worked in gyms both in Australia and overseas, and has a background in a wide range of sports including rugby, cricket, soccer, tennis, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and athletics. This experience gives him a broad knowledge base of training methods and exercises to draw upon when helping people reach their individual goals. Cam adapts these different elements into a personalised series of fun, challenging and effective workouts based on proven methods to change how it feels to be in your own body and move you towards a longer, stronger, healthier life.
Interests and hobbies:
Cam enjoys many things. Mostly spending time with his family and gardening but also has a devotion to training himself wether its in the gym or at home. When not enjoying these things Cam can be seen taking catches in the crowd at manuka oval during cricket season
