To request a suspension on your membership please complete the form below. 12 month memberships have 12 weeks suspension time included each membership term, and 6 month memberships have 6 weeks included. Membership suspensions must be a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. Our friendly staff will contact you if there are any issues with your membership suspension.
