Am I fit enough?

YES! Our programs can be adapted for all levels of fitness which is one big benefit of having our experienced PT's running the show. We reccomend joining the program and chatting with our coaches with any concerns you may have so they can ensure the workouts are adapted to your level. From complete gym beginners to elite fitness enthusiasts our program has delivered incredible results in a safe and fun way.

How many sessions can I join?

You will have unlimited access to our entire GT timetable which has 10 sessions per week and growing! Our sessions are capped at 10 people to ensure high quality coaching and effective use of our training space

How do I book my sessions?

You will gain access to the GT booking app so you can secure your training spots each week

Can I suspend my GT subscription?

There is no minimum term to join GT so you have full flexibility to pause your training for any reason
