My Story

When did you start training at TF?

  • Liz started Training at team fitness around 2005

What do you do when you train?

  • Over the years with Team Fitness I have enjoyed Boot Camps, training for 3 x City to Surfs, Personal Training, Cycle Classes & training with set Programs & weights

Favorite part about training 

  • Sometimes it’s hard to get into training but once I start and work hard I feel great physically and mentally. 

What do you do outside the gym? 

  • Walk, Cycle, Swim
