Liz started Training at team fitness around 2005
What do you do when you train?

Over the years with Team Fitness I have enjoyed Boot Camps, training for 3 x City to Surfs, Personal Training, Cycle Classes & training with set Programs & weights
Favorite part about training
-
Sometimes it’s hard to get into training but once I start and work hard I feel great physically and mentally.
What do you do outside the gym?
