Working in the Fitness Industry since 2013, Phil has attained extensive knowledge working with one-on-one clients of all ages along with countless hours training both small and large groups. Phil combines this experience with outstanding customer service and people skills, which were developed during his +20 year career in the Wholesale Trading Industry. These life-long skills along with his passion for fitness ensures his clients are in the very best of hands to not only achieve their goals, but to do so in a safe and timely manner while enjoying every step of the process.
Hobbies & Interests
Phil has always loved keeping active, riding his mountain bike at Mt. Stromlo, Mt. Majura or just around the lake. Phil has been surfing and snow skiing since the 1970’s, which has enabled him to stay fit and strong for those high-speed runs down the Thredbo Supertrail and “waxing up” whenever the South Coast waves beckon!
